Generative AI installations for Web3 and art events — Miami Art Week, NFC Summit Lisbon, Token 2049 Dubai. Four-screen setups with pre-rendered AI visuals synchronised across projection surfaces, live modular synth performance. Production pipelines from 3D pre-visualisation to venue deployment.

The Challenge

Translating generative AI from screen to physical space at scale. Live installations have zero margin for error — generate 20 minutes of AI animation across 4 projection screens + LED box at unusual aspect ratios. Make it immersive, aesthetically unique, and worthy of high-production venues. 20min × 5 screens = massive material volume at non-standard specs. Showing work to wide audiences at major events, pushing production pipelines to their limits.

—3D Pre-visualisation: R3F environment matching physical venue — planned content and set, then expanded for collectors who couldn't attend live
—AnimateDiff + Steerable Motion: ComfyUI workflows for consistent, controllable AI animation at scale
—Multi-GPU Production: Multiple GPUs spinning over a month to generate enough material at required specs
—Multi-Screen Sync: Content orchestration across 4 projections + LED box with different aspect ratios
—Live Performance Layer: Modular synth controlling effects in real-time over pre-rendered visuals
